The first encounter with god

As a child, Baiba had poor health, she was used to crying and getting sick.

Doctors ascribed various serious illnesses to the girl, put her under supervision,and kept saying,

Besides health issues, other troubles were pursuing Baiba:she was accustomed to breakingarms and legs out of the blue or even drowning.

One day, Baiba dropped a jug of milk from her hands,cut her wrist, and fainted immediately.

The girl woke up on the operating table when the doctors finishedsewing up the cut.

It was a real miracle that saved a child that day:the hospital was far away,and every second of Baiba's elusive life counted.

This event was the last straw for the mother, who worried dailyabout the fate of her baby.She began to seriously consider the fact that all accidents may not be accidental.

It was time to take action

In the hope of warding off bad luck from the child, Baiba's mother decided to baptize her daughter

Since the baptism, Baiba's lifehas changed drastically:accidents have ceased,days have gained new meaning.
